About me
My passion for wellness comes from my own journey of healing from hypothyroidism, low energy, mood, and various gut symptoms. I managed to fully heal and now live without taking medication, living with full energy and health. All this was through making lifestyle changes, addressing the body, the mind and spirit. Realising the power of trapped emotions in the body, trauma, and the impact of our environment, food and products on our health.
