

Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching
Health and wellness coaching is a method of support, guidance and mentoring, helping you to make lifestyle changes to improve your wellbeing. Whether your goal is to transform your dietary habits, gain more energy, or manage and improve a chronic illness, wellness coaching may be something to consider implementing into your life.

About me
My passion for wellness comes from my own journey of healing from hypothyroidism, low energy, mood, and various gut symptoms. I managed to fully heal and now live without taking medication, living with full energy and health. All this was through making lifestyle changes, addressing the body, the mind and spirit. Realising the power of trapped emotions in the body, trauma, and the impact of our environment, food and products on our health.

What coaching can do for you...
+ Support, guidance and accountability to help you set and reach your health goals.

+ Increase motivation by tracking changes in mood, energy and overall sense of well-being.

+ An exploration into your diet, lifestyle, home environment, habits and limiting beliefs can bring a lot of awareness of the action steps needed to move forward.

+ Create a vision, and make progress towards this goal. Identify areas of your life that aren't working for you, and help to find solutions to improve them.

Volunteers needed!
I'm currently training with Health Coaches Academy UK to gain my full certification. I will need to coach a few different volunteers as part of the training. If you sign up to be a volunteer, you will then be able to continue the coaching with me at a discounted rate if you would like to!
